Good quality only delivery took too long
Our apologies for the delay — you're right, it took too long, and we're working on improving that. 🙏
But we have to say — what you've made looks fantastic. Seeing our plain boards turned into something like this is the best part of what we do.
May we share your photo on our page, credited to you? ⭐

You send small
Hi Asiya, we're sorry to hear the size didn't meet your expectations. Please contact us so we can assist you further. Thank you for your feedback. You're absolutely right, and we're truly sorry.
You ordered 1 Small and 3 Large Jharokha frames — and we sent you all Small. That's entirely our packing error, and none of it is your fault.
We're dispatching 3 Large Jharokha frames today at no extra cost, personally checked before they leave this time.
And the extra Small pieces you received — please keep them. There's no need to return anything.
As for a refund — if you'd prefer your money back instead, we'll process that too. Just tell us which you'd like: the replacement or the refund. Your call, either way.
Please WhatsApp or call us directly at 0323 8217096 — your issue will be resolved right away, no waiting.
Our sincere apologies, and thank you for telling us. 🙏
