Share your order number and tell us what went wrong. Our team will guide you and resolve your issue.
Step 2: Share video evidence
To process your claim quickly, we need an unboxing video of the parcel, recorded from the sealed package to the product. Photos of the issue also help.
When we exchange or refund
- Wrong item delivered
- Item damaged or faulty on arrival
- Item different from what was shown on the product page
Conditions
- Contact us as soon as you receive your parcel.
- Keep the item, tags, box and packaging in original condition.
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer or missing packaging cannot be returned.
Pre-booked items
Pre-booked Art & Craft items ship when the next batch is ready. To change or cancel a pre-booking before dispatch, call or WhatsApp 0312 9213878.
