Record a video while unboxing your parcel (before using or opening the product packaging).

Visit our Refund Request Form on the website or contact our support team.

Submit the video + brief explanation of the issue.

Our team will verify and get back to you within 2–3 working days.

Once approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit—you choose.

Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind, wrong item ordered by mistake, or failure to follow the instructions.

Item must be unused, in original condition, and returned if required.

In cases of approved return pickup, shipping charges may be deducted if the fault is not ours.
